“Cathie, When we came to SA with Dean, he had just been through a tough time at another daycare. The staff at SA quickly made him feel comfortable and relevant. All of his behaviour problems disappeared. We trusted you with the most valuable part of our lives – Dean and you rewarded that trust by making him a better (little) person. Dean adores all the staff there, and we have never heard anything from him but love and respect for all of you. I know he will miss everyone terribly as he moves forward in his life. But he will move forward with confidence because of your great work. I’m sure we will see you down the road, and I don’t believe Dean will soon forget anyone there.
